Agricultural Development Project - Badulla
This completed agricultural development project was carried out across 100 acres of land in the Badulla district, established for pepper plantation purposes. The scope of works included comprehensive site landscaping to prepare and grade the terrain for productive cultivation, followed by the systematic placement of concrete posts to support pepper vine training structures across the plantation. Access road development was undertaken to ensure reliable connectivity throughout the estate, facilitating both operational movement and long-term maintenance. A purpose-built site office was also constructed on-site to support project management and ongoing plantation operations. The project represents a full turnkey agricultural infrastructure delivery, transforming raw land into a fully operational and accessible pepper cultivation estate.
